To book you into one of our trips, we collect personal information that is necessary to complete the booking of your trip. This information includes your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, age, emergency contacts, and payment information including your credit card number and expiration date. For some trips, we may require your passport number as well.  We also collect personal information such as name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Usage of your personal information
When you provide us with personal information, we use it to complete your booking or to contact you via email if you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your travel arrangements.  We do not share, sell, or trade your e-mail address or personal information with any other companies or organizations.
